About frida.

My work is guided by intuition and a deep connection with nature. Horses have been part of my life since childhood — their sensitivity and presence continue to teach me what it means to be grounded, aware, and in honest connection. Today, they are my partners in guiding others see themselves more clearly and come back to what’s real.

Rooted in my Nordic heritage, I carry with me a deep respect for stillness and the wisdom found in nature’s quiet strength. In that silence, we can hear what’s essential — and remember who we are beneath the noise.

My work weaves together Equus Coaching®, Reiki, and intuitive guidance — practices that invite you to connect with your body, your energy, and your truth.
It’s a somatic, experiential process that helps release old patterns and restore self-trust, clarity, and confidence.

I live and work in Los Angeles, and each summer I return to Sweden to offer private sessions and retreats — bridging the two worlds that have shaped me.
I am a Certified Equus Coach® and Master Facilitator through The Center for Equus Coaching®, and a Certified Reiki Master in the Usui tradition.

Work with me

My Approach

My work is a collaboration — between you, me, and the horses. Their sensitivity to the electromagnetic field around our bodies allows them to sense what’s happening within us — emotionally, physically, and energetically. They respond with honesty, awareness, and presence, inviting us into deeper connection with ourselves.

Through this relationship, we begin to notice what lies beneath the surface: how we hold tension, how we communicate, and how our internal state shapes the space around us.
The horses offer feedback through subtle shifts in their body language, helping us see and feel what’s ready to move.

This is a space for curiosity, awareness, and genuine connection.
There’s no right or wrong way to show up — only the opportunity to listen, explore, and reconnect with yourself.

Each session unfolds in its own way, guided by what you need in that moment and your willingness to explore what’s ready to shift.
Everything happens organically and in the rhythm it’s meant to.
No prior horse experience is needed — all the work is done safely from the ground, at your own pace.
