THE QUIET WORK
A two-day equine-guided COACHING retreat for clarity and self-trust
Paso Robles, California | November 7-8, 2026
A horse will not meet you where you are pretending to be. Only where you actually are.
Somewhere under all the noise, your inner compass is still there. It never left, it just got buried under the pace of things, the expectations, the endless loop of what needs to happen next. The Quiet Work is the practice of finding it again. And that is exactly what these two days are for.
It looks like standing in a field, going quiet, and noticing whether a horse chooses to walk toward you or keep its distance, and what that brings up in you either way.
Horses respond to what is real in you right now, not the story you have been telling. And once you can hear yourself again, everything feels different.
We are so happy to co-facilitate as a trio. We have been following each other's work since we got certified together in 2017, and this is the first time we get the chance to do something like this together. We are hosting a small, intentional group at a private ranch in Paso Robles on November 7 and 8. Time with the horses, honest conversations, and the peace that comes from being in the quiet together with people who are likeminded.
You will leave feeling more like yourself than you have in a while.
YOUR FACILITATORS:
Frida Karsberg: Frida's work is guided by intuition and a deep connection with nature. Horses have been part of her life since childhood, their sensitivity and presence continue to teach her what it means to be grounded, aware, and in honest connection. Today, they are her partners in guiding others to see themselves more clearly and come back to what's real. Rooted in her Nordic heritage, she carries a deep respect for stillness and the wisdom found in nature's quiet strength. Frida is a Certified Equus Coach® and Master Facilitator through The Center for Equus Coaching®, and a Certified Reiki Master in the Usui tradition. She lives and works in Los Angeles, and each summer returns to Sweden to offer private sessions and retreats, bridging the two worlds that have shaped her.
Jeri Fuller: Jeri grew up in a family of First Responders, witnessing firsthand the extraordinary demands of serving others. That experience planted a seed, one that grew into a lifelong passion for helping people reconnect with themselves and live more fully. With a Bachelor of Science in Education specializing in Gifted and Talented Education, and a deep curiosity about how people learn and transform, Jeri found her way to equine-assisted coaching. She is a certified facilitator through the Center for Equus, a certified Martha Beck Life Coach, and holds certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In 2018, she co-founded OurWatch, serving First Responders, veterans, families, and individuals from all walks of life. She believes the wisdom we seek is already within us and that horses have a remarkable way of helping us find it.
Teri Jones: Teri is a lifelong animal lover whose childhood passion for horses and competitive horse showing led to a 30- year career creating natural, organic pet products. Now retired, she brings that deep experience to facilitation work with people and horses. She holds a Certification as an Equus Coach from the Center for Equus Coaching and focuses on horse-centered, people-focused workshops that emphasize herd-sense awareness and practical connection. Though she no longer rides, Teri remains active in the equine community and is currently devoted to her three-year-old granddaughter, while helping others grow their confidence and skills around horses.
