An Invitation
This retreat is an invitation to slow down, listen more deeply, and reconnect with your own inner sense of direction.
In the Presence of Horses is built from lived experience, not theory. Everything we offer has grown organically from practices that have supported us over time. In how we make decisions, how we stay grounded during uncertainty, and how we return to what feels true when life asks more of us.
Our intention is to offer something that lasts well beyond these two days: a deeper trust in yourself, and a steadier clarity you can carry into everyday life.
❋ Why Horses
As prey animals, horses nervous systems are highly attuned to subtle changes in energy, and emotional state. They live fully in the present moment and respond honestly to what is happening now.
They meet us exactly as we are, reflecting our inner state through their responses — our pace, our tension, our clarity, our grounding.
❋ Listening to the Body
Modern life often teaches us to override the body’s signals. The body, however, is always communicating.
When we learn to listen rather than override, our choices begin to shift naturally. Decisions become clearer, boundaries more accessible, and we move with less force and more alignment.
❋ Nature and Reiki The retreat takes place in nature and includes Reiki, a universal life force energy that supports balance, regulation, and openness.
❋ Reflection and Writing
Guided writing and journaling help integrate experience and bring clarity to what has been felt in the body, allowing insight to move into everyday life.
The Retreat Experience
Over two days, we work with equine-guided coaching, guided writing, meditation, Reiki, and intuitive guidance.
No prior horse experience is needed. All work is done from the ground.

A $200 non-refundable deposit secures your spot.

- Two payments: $200 deposit + one payment of $700
- Three payments: $200 deposit + two payments of $350
